• Custom Items: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when placing your order, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

• Pre-made Items: May be returned or exchanged within delivery in its original condition.
• Custom Items: While the initial deposit is non-refundable (as it covers materials and craftsmanship), we offer alteration services for fit issues at no additional cost. We're committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

• If you receive an item with material defects or quality issues, you're eligible for a full refund or replacement at our expense.
